Terms of Service

1. The service

Herb's House Coffee offers “Herb's at the Curb,” a members-only, subscription-based mobile coffee service. Only members can schedule, order, dispatch, and receive delivery through the service. You create an account first; membership is a separate step you take after your account exists.

2. Membership & subscriptions

Membership gives you access to the service and to member pricing and discounts. The following terms apply to membership:

• Billing — paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price and interval shown when you join.
• Auto-renewal — your membership renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation — you can cancel your membership at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
• Admin-conferred membership — membership may also be granted by Herb's House Coffee directly (for example through an organization), separate from a paid subscription.
• Account deletion — if you delete your account, your membership and its benefits end and are forfeited; amounts already billed are not refunded except where required by law.

Specific refund, proration, and cancellation-timing details may be provided at the point of sale or on request; where a term is not stated here, the terms shown at checkout apply.

3. Orders & delivery

Members can place and schedule orders through the app. Delivery is available within our current service area, and delivery timing depends on the truck's route and your proximity to it. We may limit, reschedule, or cancel orders that fall outside the service area or that we cannot fulfill. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reachable for delivery.

4. Payments & taxes

Prices are shown in the app and are charged through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. Any tip you choose to add is voluntary and is charged in addition to your order total.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Abuse, harass, or harm our staff, drivers, or other users.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Misuse promotions, discounts, or member benefits.

6. Your content

You may provide content when you use support chat or otherwise interact with the app. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a limited license to use it as needed to operate and improve the service and to provide support. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app and the service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herb's House Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account, which ends your membership and its benefits as described above.

9. Governing law, changes & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Herb's House Coffee operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version here.
